Beschreibung

• Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, internal & external communications. • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, expense tracking, & reconciling financial records, etc. • Assist in payroll administration, ensuring accurate & timely processing of payroll information. • Support accounts payable & accounts receivable activities, including issuing invoices, tracking payments, & following up on outstanding payments. • Assist with financial reporting tasks, such as preparing financial statements & generating basic financial reports. • Assist in budgeting & forecasting processes, providing support in data gathering & analysis. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information & company records.
