Beschreibung

• Lead development of scalable user-facing features using React and TypeScript • Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive, and production-ready interfaces • Build reusable, maintainable, and extensible frontend components and libraries • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability • Maintain and improve existing frontend architecture and codebases • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define APIs and data contracts • Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning sessions • Leverage modern AI development tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery speed • Conduct regular code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level engineers • Identify technical debt areas and proactively recommend modernization strategies • Ensure engineering best practices in scalability, maintainability, testing, and security • Take ownership of deliverables and ensure timely execution

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience with React.js in production environments • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript • Deep understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend patterns • Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand • Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling • Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques • Strong Git and version control practices • Hands-on experience using AI-powered developer tools in day-to-day engineering workflows • Ability to effectively use AI for debugging, refactoring, documentation, and productivity improvements • Experience performing peer code reviews and mentoring engineers • Understanding of frontend security best practices • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
