Beschreibung

• Configure software or create/modify software code to meet business requirements • Create and execute test plans for software modifications and facilitate transfer into production • Write software documentation for internal systems control and user manuals • Develop and provide user training • Determine requirements with customers and team members across teams • Design business application systems addressing complex corporate business needs • Estimate system configuration and development efforts • Lead functional areas on large projects and/or lead small and medium projects • Coordinate resources, milestone schedules and related communication • Deliver assigned work areas or projects • Lead or assist with software application performance and usage problem solving • Support disaster recovery initiatives and change management standards and procedures • Evaluate make-versus-buy system alternatives and assimilate new technology • Develop technical and business proficiency and share knowledge across the functional area • Provide 24-hour on-call support, including evenings and weekends • Perform other duties assigned by the Manager

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, a Business discipline or related field or equivalent work experience • 8 or more years of experience in SAP GTS and ECC or S/4HANA • Experience with two or more SAP GTS functions: Compliance Management, Customs Management, Trade Preference Management and Product Classification • Demonstrated leadership within the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, functional configuration, testing and support • Experience with 1–2 full SAP lifecycle implementations or equivalent project experience • Experience leading technical and process-oriented business requirement workshops • Experience creating business process documentation, process mapping and functional specification documents • Experience with SAP ABAP development and debugging • Strong analytical, problem-solving, priority-setting, time-management and organizational skills • Ability to operate independently, as part of a team, and lead medium-sized teams, including workload management and task delegation • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to business stakeholders and IT leadership • Ability to perform effectively in a rapidly changing environment • Must be located in Eastern Time Zone • Apparel and Footwear Industry experience preferred • Experience working directly with vendors, including negotiating anticipated project deliverables, preferred
