Beschreibung

• Drive strategic sales by evangelizing Workiva’s AI capabilities and governed platform • Support multiple complex pursuits through tailored presentations and value-based messaging • Define Workiva’s strategic position within customers’ AI and data landscapes • Engage architects, AI/ML leads, and C-level executives to define Workiva’s role in AI infrastructure • Focus on data governance, integration, and model orchestration • Position Workiva as the system of trust for machine-generated financial, sustainability, and risk data • Partner with Sales, Product, and InfoSec teams • Lead the AI technical agenda across pursuits from engagement through deal closure • Develop reusable IP, including patterns, talk tracks, and design guidance • Mentor fellow Solution Consultants • Lead technical discovery and alignment across Finance, GRC, Sustainability, IT, and Security teams • Map customer AI programs and identify where the governed core fits • Ensure safe, compliant integration • Prepare technical demonstrations • Produce customer AI reference architectures • Show how Workiva’s API-first platform integrates into customer ecosystems • Share field insights with product, engineering, and leadership teams to influence the AI roadmap • Engage customers and partners as a public technical voice through industry events, thought leadership, and executive briefings • Travel up to 50% for customer visits, conferences, and company events

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of technical, customer-facing experience in presales solution consulting, solution architecture, or technical consulting • Minimum of 3 years focused specifically on enterprise AI architecture • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field • Advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience • Hands-on expertise in modern AI, including RAG, agentic systems, MCP, and model selection/evaluation • Enterprise data architecture experience • Ability to write clean code for API interaction • Ability to perform technical testing for groundedness and quality • Understanding of AI governance, including NIST, ISO 42001, and EU AI Act • Understanding of security risks including prompt injection and exfiltration • Experience establishing audit-readiness over machine-generated outputs in regulated environments • Knowledge of corporate reporting, Finance, GRC, Sustainability, and the office of the CFO • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, and Snowflake • Familiarity with relevant AWS, Azure, or AI certifications • Proven success articulating architectural visions to C-level executives • Experience representing a company publicly through thought leadership and industry events • Reliable internet access while working remotely, not in a Workiva office
