Beschreibung

• Effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that close client relationships are maintained and a valued service is provided throughout the client lifecycle. • Support both existing and new clients, delivering practical Health & Safety advice tailored to their specific needs. • Work effectively with the Client Experience team in the scheduling of visits, service delivery and client relationship management. • Divide time between client visits and dedicated administration days. • Work as Lead Consultant on designated client accounts. • Opportunities to broaden technical expertise, contribute to knowledge sharing within the wider team and explore specialist development pathways across Fire Safety, CDM and ISO services.

🎯 Anforderungen

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 qualification) • Experience providing practical Health & Safety advice across multiple sectors • Commitment to ongoing professional development • Working towards Chartered status
