Beschreibung

• Design and iterate on web and mobile interfaces with a focus on usability, clarity, and cohesive brand aesthetics. • Translate concepts and user requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Framer. • Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment between design and business goals. • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries, ensuring scalability and consistency across platforms. • Review and refine user flows, ensuring an intuitive and frictionless experience across all touchpoints. • Integrate feedback loops from internal stakeholders and users to enhance functionality and interface quality. • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging design technologies. • Leverage collaboration tools like Notion, Slack, Google Suite, and ChatGPT for documentation, communication, and ideation.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces. • Proficiency in Figma and Framer (or similar prototyping tools). • Strong understanding of UI principles, UX methodologies, and accessibility best practices. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering pixel-perfect design. • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the team. • Experience using collaboration and productivity tools (Notion, Slack, Google Suite). • English proficiency (written and spoken). • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI/UX design for both web and mobile products. • Ability to balance creative exploration with data-driven design decisions. • Experience working in a SaaS or tech-driven environment preferred. • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools like ChatGPT for workflow enhancement is a plus. • Strong communication and presentation skills — able to justify design decisions clearly and confidently.
