Beschreibung

• Applies knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close project activities. • Delivers on-time, on-budget results. • Maintains effective working relationships at all levels, both internal and external. • Collaborates with clinical team, IT, vendors, and customers to ensure successful completion of projects. • Responsible for project work plan development and management, project plan reporting, issue tracking, scope development and management, project cost, resource and time management, project communications, and project risk management. • Proactively manages project to identify potential risks and/or issues and escalates appropriately. • Develops and maintains project scope/charter with assistance from management and communicates out all updates or changes.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. • Two (2) years of health care project management or related experience. • Two (2) years in healthcare credentialing, provider relations, or medical staff services experience. • Ability to work under stressful working conditions. • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information. • Ability to work independently or cooperatively as a team member. • Ability to work within multi-disciplinary groups. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Access).
