Beschreibung

• Design and implement innovative solutions to deliver an epic support experience to Blizzard customers and Game Masters (customer support representatives) • Provide technical leadership across Service Technologies with respect to backend systems development • Collaborate and communicate with business analysts, designers, producers, and partner team members throughout the development process • Document and share best practices with engineers across Blizzard • Diagnose and resolve live operations issues, occasionally during non-traditional work hours • Crosstrain peers and mentor junior engineers across Service Technologies

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ Years of Professional software engineering experience • Good working knowledge of C#, Microsoft .NET Framework, and .NET ASP.NET Core • Good working knowledge service-oriented application design patterns • Experience designing systems and APIs with high uptime requirements • Working knowledge of software quality best practices such as unit and integration testing • Surface knowledge of Docker containerization and CI/CD Tools • Analytical and Troubleshooting skills • Passion for software development and learning • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience
