Beschreibung

• Coordinate and prepare General Ledger data uploads for sales tax compliance; review variances and resolve outstanding items • Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and AP payment requests • Track license renewals and maintain accurate records in Excel • Acquire and maintain business licenses; resolve licensing issues with internal/external partners and jurisdictions • Apply for sales tax registrations and ensure correct rates across locations • Prepare periodic Open/Close Store reports and process tax/license notices and documentation requests • Support special projects and partner inquiries as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associates degree and 2+ years of relevant experience (Bachelors Degree Preferred) • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in very fast paced and high-volume environment. • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and drive change • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization. • Strong systems and software aptitude (JD Edwards, Reports Now, and Oracle) • Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills.
