Beschreibung
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations • Manage and support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting • Maintain integrity of balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules • Assist in developing and documenting accounting policies and procedures • Support audit, tax, insurance, and compliance requests
🎯 Anforderungen
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience • Experience managing accounting operations in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting processes • Experience overseeing payroll processing and reconciliations • Experience working with ERP/accounting systems • Strong Excel and financial systems skills • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
