Beschreibung

• Manage the sales pipeline by generating, advancing, and closing opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up • Close sales by connecting with current and prospective customers and recommending tailored ZenBusiness solutions • Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily • Deliver consultative, value-based customer interactions • Implement feedback from coaching and leadership • Follow compliance guidelines and represent ZenBusiness professionally • Maintain accurate notes in Salesforce and TalkDesk • Build product and industry knowledge • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and quarterly team objectives • Maintain high call quality • Report to the Director of Outbound Sales • Work Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. CST

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma/GED required • History and proven experience in effectively prioritizing workload to meet objectives • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Willing to learn, self-motivated, and a great team player • Comfortable with change and uncertainty in a fast-paced office environment • Experience in a metric-driven environment • MacOS and G-Workspace knowledge is a plus • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications
