Beschreibung

• Set Zencore’s overall technology strategy, solution architecture standards, and innovation roadmap for cloud, data engineering, and agentic AI • Drive the evolution of Zencore’s proprietary assets and repeatable service frameworks • Serve as Zencore’s primary technical voice through ecosystem events, whitepapers, and relationships with Google Cloud go-to-market, product, and engineering teams • Scale and govern an agile, multi-geographic delivery structure across North America, LATAM, and EMEA • Ensure seamless cross-geography resourcing and delivery consistency • Establish quality gates, RAID management, and project health reviews to ensure engagements are on time, on budget, and beyond SOW expectations • Serve as executive delivery sponsor for strategic enterprise accounts • Partner with sales leadership on complex enterprise pursuits, shaping architectures, scoping SOWs, leading technical pitches, and converting opportunities into revenue • Build relationships with Google Cloud Account Directors, Regional Directors, and PSO leadership to position Zencore as a preferred co-sell partner • Drive organic account growth by embedding discovery into active delivery and expanding projects into multi-year AI and managed service relationships • Serve as the primary architect of Zencore’s technology vision and operational leader responsible for scaling global delivery

🎯 Anforderungen

• 15+ years of experience leading complex technology programs • 7+ years in an engineering leadership role within a professional services firm, systems integrator, or cloud consultancy • Hands-on technical background and deep architectural credibility in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), modern data platforms, and enterprise AI/GenAI implementations • Accountability for professional services revenues, billable utilization, gross margin optimization, blended rate card management, and delivery risk management • Demonstrated expertise navigating cloud partner ecosystems, co-selling alongside field sales teams, and leveraging partner incentive programs such as Google RAMP/MDF • Direct experience building and leading remote, distributed delivery organizations across onshore, nearshore, and offshore regions, including the US, LATAM, and EMEA • Ability to engage with C-suite executives as a trusted advisor and translate complex technical trade-offs into clear business outcomes • Preferred: Prior leadership experience at Google Cloud, a Premier Google Cloud Partner, or an enterprise Systems Integrator • Preferred: Active Google Cloud Certifications, including Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer, or AI/ML Specialist • Preferred: Experience navigating Private Equity governance, reporting, and value-creation milestones
