Beschreibung

• Drive revenue in the assigned territory through new-logo and upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing customers • Act as a key liaison between Zimperium’s business development and support teams • Work with management and operations to guide customers through onboarding and delivery • Promote product offerings and help align feature development with Zimperium’s strategic goals • Collaborate across time zones with internal teams and select customers • Develop understanding of Zimperium products and features • Plan, develop, and report account metrics through software dashboards and other tooling • Generate pipeline by identifying and prospecting stakeholders in target accounts • Provide monthly management updates with account performance metrics • Represent the client perspective in internal strategy meetings • Escalate complex issues requiring coordination across departments or external vendors • Create or update client-specific onboarding guides, FAQs, and how-to content with the support team • Cultivate relationships with customers and partners • Identify account-growth opportunities for additional products and fulfill delivery processes • Provide LOEs and SOWs as needed per account • Identify and resolve account-level customer experience pain points • Provide actionable recommendations to internal business, product, and technology teams • Work closely with operations, sales, and business development teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of account-based management in the SaaS or related technologies space • Strong relationships at security focused VARs within the region • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills • Comfort with a fluid, fast-paced environment • Passion for problem solving with a roll-up-your-sleeves demeanor • Atlassian suite experience using Jira, Confluence, and others • Ability to create technical and operational documentation (SOWs, LOEs, technical workflows) for technical and non-technical audiences is a plus • Proficient understanding of MEDDPICC and impeccable SFDC hygiene
