Beschreibung

• Provide onsite support to veterinary clinics, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings • Support implementation, training, operation, applications, and problem resolution for veterinary diagnostics products • Improve diagnostic workflows and increase utilization of diagnostic products • Manage relationships with assigned clinics to improve utilization, adoption, and implementation time • Identify, quantify, qualify, track, and evaluate clinic pain points • Facilitate, develop, design, and implement clinic workflow processes • Respond to onsite technical support requests with troubleshooting and resolution of complex system problems • Provide formal and informal product guidance, instruction, and training • Perform post-sale product installation and validation, applications, and operations training • Complete daily activity documentation and detailed customer visit reports • Work with the Area Business Manager and Diagnostic Solutions Consultant to provide customer service • Identify and report opportunities for additional analyzers and referrals from existing customers

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least one year of experience working in a clinical setting • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe • Knowledge of diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinic processes • Analytical mindset and demonstrable critical thinking skills • Availability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the work week • Flexibility to accommodate customer visit requests • Typically works standard business hours, Monday through Friday • Associate's degree required with a Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience • Ability to safely lift and move 60 lbs • Expertise in veterinary terminology/science • Skilled at making presentations • Ability to transport, set up, and demonstrate equipment quickly and effectively • Demonstrated organizational, prioritization, and time management skills • Strong ability to multitask and work independently • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
