Beschreibung

• Provide onsite support to veterinary clinics, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings • Support implementation, training, operation, applications, and problem resolution for veterinary diagnostics products • Improve diagnostic product utilization, increase adoption, and minimize implementation time • Identify, quantify, qualify, track, and evaluate clinic pain points • Facilitate, develop, design, and implement clinic workflow processes • Provide onsite technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex system problems • Deliver formal and informal product guidance, instruction, and training presentations • Complete post-sale product installation and validation, applications training, and operations training • Document daily activities and prepare detailed customer-visit reports, including satisfaction information • Work with the Area Business Manager and Diagnostic Solutions Consultant to provide customer service • Identify and report opportunities for additional analyzers and new customer opportunities through referrals

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least one year of experience working in a clinical setting • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe • Knowledge of diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinic processes • Analytical mindset and demonstrable critical thinking skills • Availability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the work week • Flexibility to accommodate customer visit requests • Associate's degree required with a Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience • Degree from a Veterinary Technology Program preferred • Credentialed Veterinary Technician preferred • Expertise in veterinary terminology/science • Presentation skills • Ability to transport, set up, and demonstrate equipment quickly and effectively • Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills • Ability to multitask and work independently • Ability to safely lift and move 60 lbs • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance • Must work standard business hours, Monday through Friday • All applicants must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis; sponsorship is discretionary and must be disclosed if required
