Beschreibung

• Provide portfolio leadership and vision • Define and deliver products that anticipate marketplace needs • Develop and manage portfolio roadmaps based on customer, market, and business needs • Craft business models and present recommendations to senior leadership • Guide product development to meet market and business needs • Serve as product expert for assigned products, including clinical needs and product use cases across markets • Act as the Voice of the Customer by developing customer requirements and proposing product concepts • Act as Product Owner to ensure customer, market, and business needs are defined during development • Drive alignment of Code Data within the Resuscitation business • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate market needs, product value, and global strategies • Coordinate integration requirements with product managers, market managers, and Product Owners • Maintain alignment on project timelines and expectations between project teams and management • Drive timely and effective execution against projects and priorities • Assist with business plans to grow the Code Data portfolio market opportunity • Analyze competitive offerings to identify ZOLL differentiators • Build partner relationships to support the ZOLL business

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/business/engineering required or equivalent required • 3-7 years of relevant product and/or market experience required • Agile software product management experience preferred • Healthcare data experience a plus • Experience working in a geographically diverse, matrixed organization a plus • Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product requirements • Ability to translate technical information into meaningful sales and customer messaging • Strong problem-solving skills • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships • Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, complex projects/tasks • Strong time management and organization skills • Excellent verbal and written communication and social skills • Must not require ZOLL immigration sponsorship now or in the future
