Beschreibung

• Adapt existing industry knowledge to Zonda products and processes to elevate communication, project quality, and client satisfaction. • Manage medium to large-scale concurrent projects with different delivery timelines. • Hold kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and demos. • Define scope, budget, timeline, dependencies, and deliverables for each project. • Set client expectations from project kickoff to completion including communication platforms, delivery timelines, and management of revisions. • Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies. • Provide quoting support for client revisions. • Deliver consistent reporting and recommend practical process improvements. • Ensure clear communication between client and production artists. • Maintain consistent architectural accuracy and quality of deliverables.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1-3 years of experience in homebuilding industry, ArchViz, or digital media. • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus. • Proficiency with project management tools (like Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
