Beschreibung

• Lead client workshops to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable system designs. • Conduct FIT/GAP analysis to identify business needs and technical feasibility. • Design and document robust end-to-end solutions — including workflows, integrations, and system customizations — and guide clients to approval. • Demonstrate solutions through hands-on configuration, testing, and customer demos throughout the project lifecycle. • Configure and validate Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Add-On products to ensure they meet business and technical requirements. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams during testing, deployment, and UAT to ensure successful solution delivery. • Develop and deliver engaging end-user training to ensure smooth adoption. • Build lasting client relationships by providing ongoing technical and functional guidance.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of Order-to-Cash experience, ideally within a SaaS or professional services organization. • 3+ years implementing billing or CPQ solutions (Zuora, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Amdocs, etc.). • Proven track record of customer-facing solution delivery or business consulting. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred). • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic business discussions and communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences. • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, system design, and integration. • Deep understanding of SDLC — from workshops and design through build, test, and deployment. • Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with confidence and flexibility.
