Description

• Support and guarantee a positive migration experience for all 11:11 clients • Plan, provision, migrate, and optimize customers' cloud-based environments • Deliver migration services aligned with 11:11 Systems' integration strategy • Triage incoming migration requests and plan technical requirements with the team • Act as a technical escalation point to resolve customer migration and integration problems • Escalate and collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure, Development, and other internal teams • Take ownership of project tickets and ticket escalations • Follow service management best practices • Deliver superior customer service while maintaining professional relationships • Mitigate migration-related incidents and problems • Collaborate with vendors for support needs and escalate tickets to vendor support when necessary • Enhance team efficiency by taking ownership of new and different requests • Handle company data and information according to data handling agreements, procedures, and policies • Review and follow company policies, data privacy practices, compliance training, and policy acknowledgements • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Manager of Cloud Integrations

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required • 4+ years recent experience as a technical, hands-on, enterprise VMware administrator • Extensive knowledge and experience using VMware management tools, including vCenter, vCloud Director, and VMware Configuration Manager • Experience managing scalable, highly available, mission critical virtualized VMware infrastructures • Experience implementing and managing multiple virtual environments • Solid understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, OpenStack, and AWS • Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure services such as BaaS, IaaS, and DRaaS • 4+ years of experience as a technical support representative with extensive hands-on troubleshooting • Excellent communication skills, high energy, positive attitude, and aptitude for professional growth • Detail- and goal-oriented with demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills • Ability to pursue positive outcomes for assigned tasks independently • Must be able to work in the assigned country without visa sponsorship • Ability to perform each essential function satisfactorily; reasonable accommodation may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities
