Description

• Own the growth thesis for 1Password's AI opportunities, including target customer segments, winning outcomes, and embedded workflows • Form and test hypotheses using customer feedback, product usage data, partner input, and market research • Lead a weekly business review combining customer voice, field feedback, and product usage telemetry • Identify customer adoption blockers and drive them to resolution with product teams • Run the design customer program for new artificial intelligence opportunities • Select design customers and deliver measurable deployment, security, and convenience outcomes • Act as the single accountable owner for customer deployments of 1Password agentic access • Coordinate teams involved in deployments and build requirements with forward deployed engineering • Engage solutions engineering, customer success, and product managers to support customer goals and run feature betas • Convert design-customer evidence, deployment patterns, and measured outcomes into repeatable go-to-market sales plays • Improve the program's reach, delivery success, customer satisfaction, and commercialization speed • Determine where 1Password should operate in customers' AI stacks to secure agent access • Identify, pursue, and deliver technology partnerships and integrations • Develop repeatable integration patterns across similar partners • Structure commercial relationships with business development • Build demos and enablement content for field and channel partners • Grow developer adoption through reference architectures, sample code, and open-source contributions • Travel to design customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events approximately 10–20% of the year • Report to the Senior Director of Product

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience • Experience carrying a revenue or adoption target • Preference for experience in security products, agentic products, or developer tools • Experience owning strategy for a new product area or market entry, from hypothesis to customers running in production • Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical deployments and being accountable for outcomes • Experience building technology partnerships and integrations • Technical depth to discuss how AI agents are built, deployed, and given access to systems with developers and security architects • Ability to build alignment across go-to-market and engineering teams without direct authority • Ability to make decisions and move work forward with incomplete information in a fast-changing market • End-to-end ownership, including work between teams • AI-first working approach, using agents in daily work and applying judgment to decisions, product taste, and relationships • Familiarity with agentic access products preferred • Must already be legally authorized to work in the countries listed in the job posting; 1Password does not offer work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship/transferring • Successful applicants must complete a background check
