Description

• Install, perform preventive maintenance on, and repair assigned diagnostic instruments • Diagnose and resolve technical problems across multiple complex instruments • Document resolutions accurately and close service calls within defined timelines • Manage customer issues through resolution or escalation • Deliver superior service and build customer relationships through proactive communication • Plan and prioritize service visits and maintain accurate inventory • Support on-call rotation, after-hours coverage, training travel, and critical account support • Follow regulatory, quality system, and laboratory safety guidelines • Maintain accurate documentation for audits • Partner with cross-functional teams and guide other Field Service Representatives • Meet service sales, cost-of-service, and KPI targets • Use remote support tools to maximize instrument uptime • Maintain certifications through ongoing training and development

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • 2–5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology • Ability to travel 20% within the assigned territory • Valid driver’s license • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with laboratory instrumentation • Ability to work independently and thrive in team environments • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, VPN, and remote troubleshooting tools • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
