Description

• Own and build the customer-trust program for EMEA as the first Customer Trust hire in the region • Define how trust conversations are prioritized, escalated, and resolved • Contribute to scaling the trust response process as deal volume grows • Translate customer security requirements into internal controls, evidence, and product or operational requirements • Track and drive resolution of gaps between customer expectations and Abnormal's control environment • Partner with EMEA Engineering, Sales, Security, and Legal teams • Monitor customer expectations and regulatory changes, including the EU AI Act and GDPR • Maintain current content in Responsive and documentation in SafeBase Trust Center for EMEA • Support tooling underpinning the trust response process • Engage in ad-hoc projects • Communicate conversation status, deal risk, unresolved issues, program health, and key risks to stakeholders, Sales leadership, and senior management • Advise Sales leadership on positioning the control environment and scaling the trust response process

🎯 Exigences

• Proven experience navigating customer-facing security conversations at the highest stakes level • Analytical thinking connecting trust program depth to revenue outcomes • Proficiency in designing response strategies for high-stakes security reviews • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex security and privacy concepts for diverse audiences • High attention to detail, process, and organizational rigor • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative work style and ability to operate with minimal oversight • Ability to build a customer-trust function from the ground up and navigate cross-functionally • 7 to 10 years of experience in customer-facing security, trust, or compliance roles • Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, RFPs, and security questionnaires • Experience translating customer security requirements into internal controls, evidence, and product or operational requirements • Strong project management skills • Experience helping customers build trust with products in scope for the EU AI Act and GDPR • Experience engaging with German works councils • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (nice to have) • CIPP/E, CIPM, CISM, CISSP, CTPRP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification(s) (nice to have) • Experience using Responsive and SafeBase Trust Center (nice to have) • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company (nice to have)
