• Manage relationships with Shine Early Learning's existing HELP customer base • Drive retention, expansion, and upsell across the HELP product suite • Lead migration of print-based HELP customers to HELP Connect • Expand accounts into training, certification, professional development, and Shine Insight • Develop and execute annual sales plans to acquire new customers • Own the new-business sales funnel from lead generation through close • Drive adoption of HELP Connect as a standalone digital/SaaS offering • Identify new market segments, distribution channels, and partnership opportunities • Represent Shine Early Learning at sector conferences, coalitions, and stakeholder convenings • Provide Product with market and customer feedback for product roadmaps • Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and demand generation • Work with the Learning & Impact Team to position professional development offerings • Coordinate go-to-market strategies with broader sales and marketing teams • Define and build the sales team structure as the product business scales • Maintain CRM pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting • Analyze sales data and report trends, risks, opportunities, and forecasts to the Chief Growth Officer • Participate in Acelero, Inc. leadership, communications, development, and strategic-priority activities • Align sales strategies with organizational culture, values, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging commitments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field required • 8+ years of sales experience • At least 3 years in a senior sales role • Experience managing an existing customer base with retention, expansion, and upsell responsibilities • Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets across transactional and subscription-based sales • Experience selling to education, early childhood, or government-funded programs • Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions, including demo, trial, and subscription conversion • Experience with consultative and transactional sales approaches • Proficiency with CRM systems, such as HubSpot or equivalent • Experience driving digital transformation or print-to-digital migration preferred • Familiarity with HELP, ASQ, or other developmental screening and assessment tools preferred • Knowledge of the early childhood regulatory and funding landscape preferred • Background in early childhood education, intervention, or related field preferred • Physical exam and background checks required • Travel up to 40% / 25% as stated in the posting for work-related meetings and functions • Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation required • Ability to perform the stated physical functions, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, repetitive wrist/hand/finger movements, close visual work, oral communication, and moving up to 10 pounds
