Description

• Lead consultative engagements with enterprise merchants to define business outcomes and solution strategies. • Influence and drive executive-level customer conversations during pre-sales to demonstrate value and differentiation of ACI solutions. • Own business case development: lead value discovery workshops, build ROI/TCO models, and define measurable success criteria. • Design and orchestrate Proof-of-Value engagements with clear entry/exit criteria and success metrics. • Apply structured qualification methodology (e.g., MEDDICC) to improve no-go discipline and win rate. • Collaborate closely with Technical Solution Consultants, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions and account strategies. • Author industry points of view and maintain competitive intelligence to inform discovery and demos. • Create reusable value assets and enable Sales/SCs to apply them consistently. • Provide market insights and thought leadership to customers and internal stakeholders. • Partner with Customer Success to track value realization post-sale on top accounts. • Understand and adhere to all corporate policies.

🎯 Exigences

• 7+ years of experience in a consultancy firm or in a similar role within the payments industry. • Strong business consulting skills with technical understanding of payment solutions. • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering outcome-based solutions. • Excellent listening skills combined with the ability to speak up and guide customers confidently. • Experience in ROI/TCO modeling and executive-level storytelling. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Technical Consultants, Sales, Product, Marketing, and others). • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills. • Proven success in defining payments solutions for market opportunities. • Ability to quickly grasp concepts and solve complex problems.
