Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Acumatica customers. • Drive adoption of Acumatica solutions. • Achieve world-class NPS/CSAT scores and retention goals. • Conduct regular business reviews. • Own and manage customer escalations. • Act as a trusted advisor and share best practices.

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of SaaS or ERP experience, preferably in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or Support roles. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote/distributed environment. • Strong listening and problem-solving skills. • Experience managing high-stakes accounts and subscription renewals. • Quick learner who enjoys mastering new software and sharing knowledge. • Comfortable interacting with C-Level executives. • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage diverse workloads.
