Description

• Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with physicians, practice managers, and clinical staff within the orthopedic, spine, and pain management specialties • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving the adoption of Advanced Rx's mail-order pharmacy program • Provide in-depth consultations to healthcare providers, demonstrating how our pharmacy services can improve patient care, increase practice efficiency, and optimize financial performance • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the healthcare landscape • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing account management and proactive problem-solving

🎯 Exigences

• Proven track record in medical sales, specifically within the Ortho, Spine, and/or Pain Management markets • Existing relationships with physicians and clinics in the Philadelphia metro area, greater Pittsburgh area, Scranton area, or Erie County • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, pharmacy practices, and the workers' compensation/personal injury patient landscape • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently • Ability to travel within your designated territory • Prior experience in leading and developing a sales team for Sales Manager position
