Description

• Own and lead client-facing healthcare projects • Work on HEDIS, Risk Adjustment, and In-Home Assessments • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships • Drive outcomes using data and performance insights • Fully remote role supporting work-life balance, with flexibility when needed • High-ownership role requiring strong commitment in a fast-paced environment • Establish and maintain client relationships that support a spirit of partnership with client project teams. • Develop, update, and manage project plans and project timelines with oversight to project status, early identification of risks, and solution-minded issue mitigation. • Oversee client communications, issue resolution, and status reporting as primary point of contact for day-to-day project operations. • Report client project metrics, translate metrics to business information, and oversee the resulting action plans to ensure customer goals and project objectives are achieved. • Lead and moderate recurring client calls to cover project status updates, project performance reviews/course correction, post project reviews, etc. • Document and distribute minutes of meetings and oversee completion of resulting action items • Prepare and conduct presentations to varying audiences that may include senior and executive leadership, clients, or prospective customers.

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or managed care setting. • In-depth knowledge of HEDIS measures, specifications, and reporting processes. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare data and performance metrics. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications. • Committed and motivated individual and willing to work odd hours at times when required • Proficient in Windows environment • Familiar with virtualization technologies • Experience in setting up and supporting database notification, failover clustering would be advantageous • Understanding RDBMS/SQL concepts. • Troubleshooting techniques and operations • Able to handle demanding service response and recovery turnaround • Able to manage daily support tasks to meet stringent SLA requirements • Excellent scheduling and multitasking skills • Meticulous and process-oriented • Good, hard-working attitude with ability to work well under pressure • Good analytical skills with ability to work with others to resolve problems.
