Description

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Credit, Capital, Product, and Investor Relations, representing Revenue Finance in key forums and driving alignment on performance and priorities • Build and own assumption-driven User and portfolio loan mix models by partnering cross-functionally to validate inputs, pressure-test key drivers, and ensure outputs reflect current business dynamics • Monitor performance against forecast across portfolio, user, and segment levels; diagnose variances, identify root causes, and deliver forward-looking insights on user trends and the overall loan portfolio to inform adjustments and drive action • Own consolidated reporting across Top of Funnel, Conversion, Users, Volume, and Loan Mix; synthesize key drivers including mix, credit, pricing, and commercial impacts • Provide decision support on strategic initiatives, evaluating trade-offs and P&L implications to inform business and investment decisions • Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives that drive insight, inform strategy, and align cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Exigences

• Proven ability to operate with ownership and influence in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • 8+ years of experience in analytical roles (e.g., strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, data science, or analytics), with demonstrated impact on business outcomes • Strong business judgment, with the ability to connect detailed analyses to broader strategic context and executive-level decisions • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams • Expert in financial modeling; working knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma or similar) preferred • Nice to Have • Familiarity with fintech, lending and payments business model • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to enhance analytical workflows and insight generation
