Description

• The Technical Consultant plays a key role in delivering impactful Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. • Partner closely with organizations to design and implement efficient, scalable systems. • Guide clients through complex data conversions and interface integrations. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Analyze, design, document, and deliver interface solutions between client systems and UKG Pro. • Develop, test, and implement integrations with UKG Pro. • Lead end-to-end data conversion activities. • Ensure data integrity and compliance by performing thorough validation processes. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation.

🎯 Exigences

• SQL, Interface Programming, and Report Writing skills required • Strong experience with Excel, data manipulation, validation, and VLOOKUP’s • 3+ years of experience in data conversion and/or interface development • Must have experience working with HR/Payroll systems: UKG, Dayforce, Kronos, ADP, PayChex, Workday and/or others • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and balance working with multiple projects, clients, and other consultants at the same time • Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to meet changing scope and resource situations
