Description

• Own the strategic direction of your area of responsibility (~20 products across cloud, compute & storage, and mainframe). • Conduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform architectural decisions and determine the appropriate path forward. • Drive alignment on strategic intent and related priorities across teams. • Communicate product progress and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners ensuring appropriate prioritization and coordination of the work.

🎯 Exigences

• A minimum of 5 years of experience conducting product scoping, discovery, framing, and backlog ownership for digital products. • A minimum of 5 years’ experience coaching and leading global teams. • Demonstrated experience applying Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in a product delivery environment and using product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, or similar. • Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycles, human-centered design principles, UX/UI design practices, and digital marketing concepts. • Proven ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using insights, metrics, and customer feedback.
