Description

• Develop, operate, and optimize the Perforce/Helix Core platform (p4d) in AWS environments for development, integration, and production • Ensure the stable operation of AWS services such as EC2, ECS/Fargate, ALB, Auto Scaling, IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, and SSM in accordance with defined policies • Implement and manage Perforce Streams, Protections, Triggers, and Extensions • Implement checkpoint, journaling, backup, and disaster recovery strategies • Automate infrastructure and operational processes using Terraform, PowerShell 7, and Docker-based solutions • Manage the Helix Authentication Service (HAS), SSO/OIDC integrations, and migration tools • Create runbooks and technical documentation • Support knowledge transfer through workshops, training sessions, and operational coaching in German and English

🎯 Exigences

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, IT Security, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field; alternatively, an equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, platform operations, or systems engineering • Proven experience operating and administering Perforce/Helix Core (p4d) environments • Experience with configuration management, release management, and high availability • Very good knowledge of AWS and hands-on experience with EC2, ECS/Fargate, IAM, KMS, ALB, Auto Scaling, and Route 53 • Knowledge of modern cloud, networking, and security concepts • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Experience with PowerShell 7, Docker, container technologies, and DevOps methodologies • Structured approach to work and clear, traceable technical documentation • Fluent English, both written and spoken • German language skills are desirable
