Description

• Drive employee adoption, engagement, and organizational readiness for business growth initiatives • Manage proposal artifacts, knowledge assets, communications, and training enablement • Determine effective enterprise platforms for sharing information and communications • Collect, integrate, and update Growth organization content on knowledge management portals and sites • Maintain documents, user IDs, sites, and tools on networks and platforms such as SharePoint and AI • Ensure proposal teams, capture managers, and BD professionals can access proposals, templates, lessons learned, strategy documents, and training materials • Present education and training on knowledge management systems, reports, tools, and Growth model processes • Support knowledge-sharing resources, Growth content, processes, guidance, and documentation • Identify organizational-effectiveness opportunities through knowledge sharing and employee enablement • Coordinate and execute Growth training programs and partner with subject matter experts on learning materials • Facilitate training logistics and learner engagement for live, in-person, and virtual sessions • Monitor participation, effectiveness, learner feedback, adoption, and engagement metrics • Develop and distribute communications, awareness campaigns, and employee-friendly messaging for Growth initiatives • Support implementation and adoption of emerging tools and process improvements • Develop onboarding resources, guidance documentation, and communication materials • Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users during pilots and rollouts • Support governance and process development associated with technology adoption initiatives

🎯 Exigences

• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of relevant experience with Master’s degree • Knowledge of Shipley Methodology • Business Development Growth Process Knowledge • Knowledge management of business development and proposal artifacts • Knowledge of knowledge management tools including SharePoint, AI, and other platforms • Learning curriculum development, training coordination, and facilitation experience • Project management experience • Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and technology adoption • US Citizenship is required to apply
