• Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads • Combine consultative sales with hands-on customer onboarding • Guide prospects and customers from a technical and product perspective • Help customers successfully onboard and set up the platform • Proactively identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs • Handle inbound sales inquiries from Austria and German speaking prospects • Support customers during the entire onboarding and setup process • Understand customer needs and pains and match suitable solutions • Convince and upsell customers through value-based product pitching • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, compliance, and product teams • Contribute to internal improvements to enhance customer experience
• Native (near native) German speaking and good English skills • Experience or interest in sales, customer onboarding, account management, or customer support in B2B SaaS, Fintech or Payment • Affinity for consultative / solution-oriented selling • Interest in or basic knowledge of payments, FX or payment cards • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions • Team player mentality with a hands-on attitude
