Description

• Drive revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with data center clients. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans. • Identify and secure new clients in the data center ecosystem. • Generate revenue through various staffing solutions. • Build relationships with decision-makers and attend industry events. • Conduct workforce planning discussions and present customized labor solutions. • Grow revenue within existing accounts through cross-selling opportunities. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide market intelligence to leadership.

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in staffing or workforce solutions • Strong understanding of data center operations and staffing needs • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
