Description

• responsible for selling Aroa’s soft tissue repair portfolio to the US Acute and Non-Acute marketplace • responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals • working in partnership with sales support functions and sales and marketing leadership to accelerate growth and ensure an overall positive customer experience

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience • Proven success in medical sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets • A minimum of three years' sales experience, ideally selling business-to-business products or solutions • Experience within the healthcare industry, including familiarity with operating room and outpatient clinic environments • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a variety of stakeholders • A proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to take ownership and drive results • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities • Strong learning agility, with the ability to quickly absorb technical and clinical information • Excellent organizational and process management skills, with a high level of attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing demands, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
