Description

• Lead development and execution of the commercialization strategy for the next-generation Endovascular Aortic Arch Repair (EAAR) stent graft portfolio • Lead upstream voice-of-customer activities and engage external vascular surgeon customers to translate market needs into product opportunities • Represent the customer perspective to ensure product concepts are market-driven and commercially viable • Manage introduction of new products through launch • Collaborate with and lead cross-functional Endo Aortic Arch and Bridging Stent core teams • Provide product marketing support for project milestones and deliverables • Develop and execute voice-of-customer and market research initiatives • Interface with customers and regional partners through travel, congresses, and symposia • Partner with key opinion leaders to anticipate market changes, trends, competition, and future needs • Support trial site selection, training, and engagement throughout clinical trials • Develop and manage key opinion leader cardiac and vascular surgeon relationships • Collaborate with Sales Leadership on commercialization and integrated marketing plans • Develop training and marketing materials for commercial launch • Manage the quarterly marketing budget and execute the marketing plan • Apply project management expertise

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related area • 8+ years of experience in the medical industry • Previous product management experience in the vascular or cardiac surgery space preferred • Strong clinical acumen and ability to quickly learn new products and disease states • Experience conducting opportunity assessments, market sizing, roadmap development, voice-of-customer research, and competitive analysis • Strong analytical skills and ability to plan and execute market research and synthesize market and customer insights • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle • Experience working with cross-functional business partners • Good organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines amid competing priorities • Highly collaborative approach and a track record of executional success
