Description

• Lead delivery, optimization, and ongoing evolution of Avid’s core finance technology ecosystem • Serve as primary technology leader for NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) • Lead a team of approximately 2–3 FTEs and contingent workers • Execute a multi-year Finance Systems vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy • Translate Finance process needs into practical, scalable technology solutions • Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and modernization across the finance application portfolio • Oversee design, development, and implementation of enhancements across NetSuite ERP, NSPB, RevPro, Concur, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other enterprise systems • Establish and maintain SDLC practices and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery • Plan, prioritize, and execute roadmap commitments while balancing strategic initiatives with quick wins • Ensure system configurations, workflows, and integrations support accurate reporting, forecasting, and financial operations • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Finance Operations to optimize system usage and automation • Define and improve finance data flows between NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other platforms • Lead, develop, upskill, and hire Finance Systems team talent • Collaborate with Finance, Business Applications, Data & Analytics, Technology and Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Product teams • Maintain transparency into progress, risks, and trade-offs through communication and reporting • Support reliability, performance, security, governance, data integrity, auditability, and compliance across finance platforms • Manage key vendor and third-party partner relationships

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years of experience working with enterprise finance systems, business applications, or similar functions • 5+ years of people management experience, including leading technical or engineering teams • Expert-level experience with NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) • Working knowledge of Salesforce (CRM and Billing) and how it integrates with finance systems • Working knowledge of modern SDLC practices and agile delivery methodologies • Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce, Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse, and middleware or iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi) • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives or major programs of work • Experience supporting audit, SOX controls, or financial compliance initiatives • Experience in SaaS, technology, or digitally driven businesses • Deep technical and functional expertise in finance processes, reporting, and planning • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic outcomes and practical near-term wins • Effective people leadership and talent development experience • Proven ability to facilitate and lead cross-functional prioritization discussions • Track record of delivering committed roadmaps with quality and predictability
