Description

• Direct responsibility for the sale of coatings to existing and new distribution partners in the US and Canada. • Develop and train current Industrial Distribution Partners and open new Industrial Distribution outlets in the US. • Provide responsive and knowledgeable support and advice to customers. • Manage Industrial projects and trials to ensure industry leading service and support. • Actively participate in industry associations to build the brand and stay informed of trends. • Work with our technical team on new products and lab projects to achieve growth strategies. • Manage sales documentation to ensure knowledge is captured and shared with company and customers. • Interface with customer service, factory operations, and the technical lab on customer activities. • Document and publish best practice SOP’s for use of Axalta wood coatings. • Develop remote Distribution Training Program. • Train Industrial Distribution Partners on Axalta Finish Excellence.

🎯 Exigences

• at least 5 years Sales experience in the Paint, Coatings (Specifically Industrial Wood Coatings) • Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum) • Candidates must pass Background Check, Drug Screen and Motor Vehicle Check
