Description

• You want to do more than just sell — you want to actively develop your territory. • As a Field Sales Manager, you are BACHMANN’s face in your region — with a focus on distribution, electrical wholesale and installation trades. • You will take over an established partner network and further develop it consistently. • Your focus: building and actively advancing existing partner relationships • Delivering product trainings and sales activities on site • Identifying and leveraging market and growth potential in your territory • Planning and participating in trade shows, customer events and industry events • Independent responsibility for managing sales and budget • Close collaboration with Inside Sales, Product Management and Marketing

🎯 Exigences

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in trade/distribution • Industry experience in a technical environment (e.g., electrical wholesale, industry, trades) • High sales drive and enthusiasm • Hands-on mentality — you are a doer and proactively tackle tasks • Strong initiative and self-organization (take action instead of waiting) • Strong communication skills and a confident customer presence • Valid driver's license (Class B)
