Description

• Support and advise clinical users in the operating room, intensive care units, and specialty departments • Actively support our Account Managers during customer meetings and projects • Train users and oversee product trials • Identify opportunities and cross-selling potential in day-to-day clinical practice • Build and maintain long-term relationships with nursing staff, medical teams, and procurement • Act as a strategic sparring partner for customers and internal teams • Represent Medline at conferences and events • Work in a structured manner, including CRM documentation, as well as market and competitor monitoring

🎯 Exigences

• Completed nursing or medical training • Several years of experience as an OR (operating room) specialist or in a comparable clinical setting • Enjoy teaching others and persuading people • Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills • Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to manage conflicts • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and interest in sales and customer relationships • Very good German and good English skills • Driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory
