• Build Strong Relationships As the Primary Contact for Assigned 401(K) Clients • Handle Full Scope Plan Administration Including: Contributions, Loans, Distributions, Hardships, Qdros, and Compliance Testing • Support Form 5500 Preparation and Ensure All Deadlines Are Met • Research and Resolve Operational and Regulatory Compliance Questions • Explain Complex Regulations in a Way Clients Can Easily Understand • Maintain Accurate Workflow and Documentation in Pension pro • Collaborate with Internal Teams, Vendors, and Clients to Resolve Issues Smoothly • Stay Informed on Retirement Plan Laws, Regulations, and Industry Developments

🎯 Exigences

• ASPPA credential(s) or willingness to obtain • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Working knowledge of 401(k) plan administration and IRS rules • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities • Excellent customer service skills with clear written and verbal communication • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
