Description

• Develop and implement a strategic sales and acquisition strategy based on systematic research, analysis, and identification of new customers for the enterprise segment (large corporations, conglomerates, international organizations) • Targeted outreach and consultative selling; build trusted relationships with HR decision-makers, Heads of Learning & Development, and company executives • Conduct thorough needs analyses with enterprise clients and develop tailored, customer-specific solutions from the Berlitz portfolio • Identify new requirements as well as cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts • Regular KPI-driven monitoring and reporting (building and maintaining a sales pipeline, tracking and analyzing conversion rates, and evaluating outbound activities)

🎯 Exigences

• Several years of experience in enterprise sales / B2B sales, ideally in HR, learning, consulting, or services environments • Proven successes in strategic new-business development and complex sales cycles • Strong consultative selling skills and experience engaging with multiple stakeholders • An existing, reliable network of HR decision-makers and executives in the DACH region • Very good communication skills in German and English • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-responsibility, and strong closing ability
