Description

• Lead complex product initiatives across the product area • Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows throughout product development, including discovery, synthesis, roadmap communication, and stakeholder preparation • Design products and features with AI-assisted experiences in mind • Translate customer needs and business objectives into product features and experiences • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy • Define success metrics and data-driven feedback loops • Model AI-native working habits and contribute to the shared knowledge base • Identify product improvements through customer research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence • Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations on product delivery and adoption • Communicate product vision, strategy, and outcomes to stakeholders • Coach and mentor junior product managers

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously across an entire product area • Proven track record of delivering successful products with measurable business impact • Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, or equivalent for synthesis, research, and structured thinking • Experience with user research, usability testing, and UI/UX design principles for complex systems • Ability to build and manage personal context systems for effectively loading information into AI tools • Strong analytical skills and experience using product analytics tools and BI solutions • Understanding of AI as a reasoning partner rather than only a search tool • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to operate with ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information • Point of view on how AI changes the product manager role • Must reside in the contiguous 48 United States • Must provide U.S. employment eligibility information; Bestow uses E-Verify
