Description

• Run Tier 1 launches end to end from early access through general availability • Own launch plans, cross-functional checkpoints, go/no-go decisions, and launch dates • Keep the full release stream on process, ensuring accurate records and reliable handoffs • Own the launch calendar as the single source of truth and publish readiness status • Program-manage large go-to-market motions, including SKO and Customer Advisory Board preparation • Define and track Product delivery KPIs and present them in relevant forums • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify anomalies and build improvement and recovery plans • Collaborate with Business Operations across the organization on cross-organizational programs and improvement plans • Administer Linear and DevRev, including configuration, user management, data quality, and vendor relationships • Design and ship workflows, automations, AI agents, and integrations connecting R&D, product management, and downstream teams • Measure reductions in manual work and maintain trustworthy product-delivery data • Drive launch readiness, release visibility, operational efficiency, and automation across product delivery

🎯 Exigences

• 4+ years in product operations, technical program management or launch management at a SaaS company • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Experience shipping automation that replaced a manual process using Claude or another LLM, no-code tools, webhooks or scripts • Daily use of AI tools and ability to keep pace with their capabilities • Experience administering Linear, Jira or a comparable system of record • Ability to run cross-functional reviews with senior stakeholders and hold them to their agenda and date • Ability to evaluate whether existing processes should continue • Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills without authority • Must be a candidate in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
