Description

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for customers and internal stakeholders. • Investigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. • Conduct testing, validation, and basic laboratory procedures to verify system performance. • Document service activities, maintenance records, and customer interactions. • Identify customer concerns and communicate feedback to internal teams. • Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of products and service procedures. • Manage service assignments independently and meet deadlines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer success. • Travel extensively to customer locations for installations and repairs.

🎯 Exigences

• Education: Associate or Bachelor degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in engineering, life sciences, or related field. • Skills: Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, customer service, technical documentation, hardware/software support, and communication skills. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of field service engineering experience in life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, or related industries. • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform hands-on technical work.
