• Overseeing the full lifecycle of research and analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. • Diligently tracking and recording all project activities in Zoho Projects. • Handling all client communications, ensuring that billing and invoicing is done at key project milestones. • Fostering strong client satisfaction. • Providing weekly updates to the CEO on project status and performance. • Utilizing Zoho Projects to manage project lifecycles, ensuring all project tasks, updates, and changes are tracked. • Facilitating regular project meetings and status reviews. • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communications through Zoho CRM. • Administering client satisfaction surveys using Zoho Survey at the completion of each project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field. • OR relevant certificate/diploma • 3-5 years of experience in project management, client communications, or a related role, preferably within a research or data analytics environment. • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on measurement, analytics, and task management. • Strong proficiency in the Zoho suite of tools (Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, Zoho Writer, Zoho Survey, etc.). • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging clients and stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, fostering a culture of harmony and teamwork. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
