🎯 Exigences

• 3 to 6 years of working experience on a development team. • Proficient in Java while comfortable with adopting new technologies. • Experience delivering reliable, high-performance REST APIs. • Strong interest in database & query performance tuning. • Experience with Snowflake. • Good understanding of scrum/agile development methodologies. • Experienced with code reviews, service ownership, fully automated testing, micro-services, and rapid/continuous releases. • Experience working with AWS or equivalent. • Comfortable with being on-call for support and interacting directly with clients if needed • Experience mentoring junior developers. • Aptitude for learning new things quickly and the confidence and humility to ask clarifying questions. • Proactive, self-motivated, transparent, accountable, and communicative. • Supportive in building a positive and inclusive work culture.
