Description

• Oversee and execute all aspects of the primary market research process, including proposal design, research design, screener/questionnaire/discussion guide development, data collection, analysis, synthesis, report creation, and presentation • Participate in project scoping and planning discussions and develop market research proposals with an Associate Principal or Principal • Employ quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies and tools to address client business objectives • Manage timelines and budgets and coordinate internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors for efficient project delivery • Write reports and collaborate on insights and recommendation development • Prioritize workload, coordinate team members, supervise professional development, set objectives, and train junior staff • Design qualitative discussion guides and analyze and interpret qualitative data from patient and HCP interviews • Moderate interviews with HCPs and patients and present final reports to client teams • Conduct patient journey, positioning, communications testing, TPP evaluation, market landscape, drivers/barriers, and related research projects • Design quantitative research and questionnaires; analyze patient and HCP respondent data • Recommend and incorporate advanced analytics, including MaxDiff, TURF, and conjoint; partner with statisticians • Manage fieldwork and sample composition; oversee programming, tabulation, coding, and charting workstreams • Conduct demand, chart audit, market map, trackers/ATU, segmentation, forecasting, and related projects • Build and grow client relationships, generate repeat business, and serve as lead client contact • Lead client communications, facilitate meetings and readouts, and present complex ideas clearly • Demonstrate understanding of longer-term project, client, and account significance

🎯 Exigences

• 7-10 years of quantitative and/or qualitative market research experience within the biopharma industry • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Advanced degree preferred (PhD, MBA, MS, MpH) • Ability to work remotely from any US location • Eligible to work in the United States of America • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required to continue working in the United States
