Description

• Design, develop, and edit materials across a wide range of project types and audiences • Create slide decks, digital materials, manuscripts and congress publications, and meeting materials • Deliver high-quality, well-researched, technically accurate, client-ready first drafts • Understand project briefs, ask relevant questions, and work independently • Critically review and amend work for consistency and accuracy • Incorporate feedback accurately and consistently • Complete written materials within allocated project timelines • Volunteer for and accurately perform data checking in line with BOLD processes • Keep abreast of scientific developments and share knowledge with internal teams and clients • Develop scientific knowledge for specific therapy areas and client accounts • Develop in-depth understanding of at least one product and familiarity with leading experts in a therapeutic area • Manage time and prioritize tasks across multiple projects • Meet deadlines and alert senior team members about potential delays • Participate in client calls and internal status calls • Provide on-site or virtual support for meetings and events under senior guidance • Respond proactively to team questions and seek senior advice when needed • Collaborate with clients, client services, studio, and the wider BOLD team • Manage allocated hours, maintain 85–90% average billability, and complete timesheets accurately and promptly • Mentor new Associate Medical Writers as they begin their BOLD journey

🎯 Exigences

• Prior experience working within the medical communications industry (or similar) • Higher degree in a relevant subject (PhD, MD, PharmD, etc.) • 1–3 years of experience in medical writing (preferably within a medical communications agency) • Proactive approach and enthusiasm for trying new things • Excellent written and verbal communication with a passion for creativity • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects • Good organizational skills • Ability to research and develop scientific knowledge in a therapy area • Ability to work across different client accounts, deliverables, and therapy areas • Ability to collaborate with clients and the wider BOLD team • Ability to maintain an average billability of 85–90% • Ability to complete timesheets accurately and promptly
