Description

• Manage business operations for the Program and Study Management function • Drive operational excellence, innovation, and continuous process improvement from strategic planning through implementation • Manage initiatives, organize meetings, oversee budgets, optimize processes, manage resources, and set and track goals • Shape P&SM strategy and lead functional management activities • Identify process optimization opportunities and improve team efficiency and business delivery quality • Collaborate with P&SM, Global Clinical Operations, and cross-functional teams on process optimization and strategy alignment • Lead initiatives to enhance technical skills and competencies within the Global Clinical Study Management team • Ensure patient safety, compliance, and data integrity through optimized operational processes • Provide expert knowledge regarding clinical study execution • Establish and enhance BeOne’s capability and capacity for delivering clinical studies • Conduct root cause analyses and develop improvement plans • Lead initiative management and process optimization activities • Define and implement strategies and priorities with GCPL and gCSM groups • Collaborate on implementation plans and track results • Champion a global mindset and enhance collaboration and consistency • Present information confidently and provide strategic recommendations • Escalate issues to Senior Management with a solutions-oriented approach • Contribute to training plans and programs for clinical project management skills

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor or higher degrees; life science preferred, including medicine, nursing, biology, and laboratory technology • Fluent in written and verbal English • 10 years or above in clinical or drug development in the biotech/pharmaceutical/CRO industry or the relevant clinical research field • Minimum of 8 years of project management and/or clinical monitoring/start-up experience • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project • Thorough understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements • Travel as required per business needs • Exceptions might be made for candidates with relevant clinical operations experience
